APTRA presents its annual Las Vegas Tape critique workshop

Looking for your first job? Maybe your looking to move up in market size. Want the lowdown on how to make a successful resume tape? Want to show your tape to news directors? Want to network?
Here is your chance.

The Associated Press Television Radio Association (APTRA) is proud to present its annual Las Vegas Tape Critique Workshop.

Since technology has changed we probably should call it our DVD Critique Workshop, but the bottomline is your resume reel needs to be looked at from a critical eye every so often and this is as good a time as any.

Besides one-on-one critiques with news directors and others, there will be panel discussions on all aspects of making and distributing a successful tape.

Even if you don’t have a tape you’ll have a chance for a one-on-one with a news director.

Critiques will be available in both English and Spanish.

So far, among those confirmed:

Rachel Ambrose – Associated Press Sr. Broadcast Editor – Los Angeles
