Deadline extended for convention workshop proposals

Did you blink? Well the 2010 Los Angeles AAJA Convention is coming around in just over half a year, and the programing committee needs your direct help now. You invest hundreds of dollars to attend the convention, trying to build the best network, and get the most leads, so the committee wants to make you get your money’s worth based on what you want.

First, fill out this short survey. Your ideas and feedback will help us make the right decisions based on what you specifically want from the convention.  It should only take 10 minutes of your time.

Second, if you have workshop ideas you didn’t express in the survey, email them with subject line: “2010 Workshop Proposal”

Thank you to those who have already made their pitches–all of which were great suggestions for workshops. However, in an effort to be able to provide a diverse set of panels and workshops we would like to hear more from you! The survey and acceptance of proposals will close down on Friday, Jan. 15, 5 p.m. PST, so, yes, the deadline has been extended! Make it your New Year’s resolution to make this a stellar convention!

We look forward to hearing your thoughts!
